Shipping

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders above 100€. Below 100€ we have a flat rate of 25€. 

All parcels are shipped using Standard Thai Airmail and include a tracking number. Normal delivery time to America and Europe (and most other countries) is 10-14 days. We try to recycle bubble wrap etc as much as possible and we recommend that you let your tea acclimatise for 7 days after you have unboxed your order before you drink it for best result.  

Several countries  take out an additional tax on parcels from China but since we ship from Thailand our parcels have not been affected by this. We always declare our parcels as a “Tea Gift” of low value as a safety measure against theft and then if your countrys customs demand tax on your parcel, then your fee will not be very high. We recommend not to send more than 10kg in one order to avoid high taxes.

Payment

We prefer that you pay for your order using a Direct Bank Transfer to our account, since PayPal offer very poor exchange rates, and high fees. Because of this we have had to add a fee of 10€ should you decide to use PayPal over Bank Transfer upon checkout. For your Bank Transfer we recommend https://transferwise.com/ which is a cheap, fast and secure option for both sender and receiver. After completing your checkout, choosing the bank transfer option, we will get back to you by email with our bank details and todays exchange rate from Euro to Thai Baht according to xe.com. All bank transfers have to be done in Thai baht.
